Terrible leadership - Anonymous employee Human Coalition Employee Review

There have been many talented people who worked here. However, most have left. The leadership -specifically the president and his wife operate as a mom/pop operation. If you get on the bad side of the president’s wife your job will be in jeopardy. The leadership is constantly changing directions, using fear to motivate in monthly staff meetings. There is no stability or job security for employees. If you don’t suck up to the president’s wife you will not survive in your job or position. It is all very sad because the mission is great. But those behind it who are supposed to support life do not support the lives of those on their own staff.
