Pros

If you stick it out for as long as possible, you'll move up in title and very little pay with each year.

Cons

Every negative review you read is so true and that alone is disappointing enough. -Management feels they need to write reviews to boost the feel of this place -Lots of blame and finger pointing -History of terminations/no retention or growth of staff -Set career path/ limited opportunities to grow in other areas of interest -Limited resources/competition against programs -Every day is a fire drill -Lack of funding, money spent frivolously at the taste of the CEO (rumors of cashflow problems) on egg chairs, first class flights, premium hotels, etc. instead of buying a proper project management software (everything used to be excel/word/pp based) for the staff -Using Dropbox for storage/shared files instead of moving to a shared platform/network -Old resources on the Wiki page ***There are never "problem employees" (as stated in a previous review, which is extremely rude and unprofessional to say), only problems that stem from the owners (who also do all the hiring) that ignore issues and believe firing whole teams is a better solution than figuring out the stem of an issue and working towards a solution. This company used to be called Kerdan Group, they've already tried to tear down/rebrand as a company once. Trying to recoin it as a 2.0 company is childish and laughable at this point.

Pros

Unlimited PTO, salary is competitive, most people are generally very friendly and approachable, Boston office is modern and in a great location

Cons

Oh boy, where do I begin... Upper management is incredibly impulsive. They change their minds every two seconds about the direction of the company and expect everyone to drop what they're doing and comply with this new vision. VPs and heads of departments change almost as fast. Upper management loves to gloat about how many people they're hiring, but they don't mention the hordes of people that seem to be leaving as well. It seems like every week, someone is bidding farewell on the all company Slack channel. Our solution really isn't even that great either, basically just a CRM platform and a call center. Even some of our clients have doubted the data that have come from our programs. In my two years at the company, we have come out with some cool features for the platform but I struggle to understand how it’s an “evidence-based solution” and not just a CRM platform. Not the worst gig, it paid the bills but I just couldn’t stay here any longer with all the changes that were constantly happening. Nothing ever felt stable. One weird thing too, they seem to like to hire young women out of college (probably because they have nothing to compare it to and are seeking to please). Steer clear of the CEO too…
