Great iniatitive but bad leadership - Architect Human Capital Employee Review

I worked from home as a temp and loved the job! The people are so professional and customer service oriented. My job grew with more responsibilities added, friendly people to work with and detail oriented company - very responsive to their employees in the Human Capital department.

My assignment didn't last. I honestly can't think of any cons.

You get the chance to work with very interesting companies and alongside some very talented individuals. The pay is good as well.

Leadership is brash and they are working people to the bone. I don't think how well they pay makes up for how the workload cuts into your free time. I don't recommend working here if you have a family.
