- The team were very welcoming
- it was a lot more relaxing than most offices
- We had lots of team building exercises

- I came in for a role and was treated more like a personal assistant and cleaner and when I didn't agree with it I was pushed out
- very bad communication from management, often I was blamed for deadlines I didn't meet which I wasn't even told about
- Management could feel very demanding and make you feel small and sometimes insult you with passive aggressive remarks
