Everyone is super friendly with one another and love to have a chat
The offices are nice and modern and the kitchen comes loaded with a super fancy coffee machine ( Which I need sometimes in the morning )
Cons
Before lockdown when the offices were full the car park became quite cramped and some employees had to park down the road but the company paid for us to park there. This isn't a negative, more a nit pick

Supportive group of people to work with. Everyone is respected equally. Exciting place to work as you can tell that everyone care about their job role and the future of the company.
Great work/life balance.

You'd find it really hard to think of any.
