      Pros

      Great working conditions, fantastic and engaging team, good work, play and life balance. Approachable management. Good benefits and support.

      Cons

      Lack of objectives and overall business focus, can be a bit too day by day, more competitive salary and more breathing room on projects

      Pros

      Supportive group of people to work with. Everyone is respected equally. Exciting place to work as you can tell that everyone care about their job role and the future of the company. Great work/life balance.

      Cons

      You'd find it really hard to think of any.

      Pros

      - Fantastic culture with a true people first approach. - Interesting work with good / new challenges to engage with. - Good growth plans / opportunities; both as a business & for staff. - Progressive environment, employing new tech & ways of working.

      Cons

      - Can be a little 'hectic' at times, due to volume of work / different initiatives.
