Horrible company that takes advantage of the employees on visa - Member of Technical Staff(MTS) Hughes Network Systems Employee Review

This company overworks their best employees to their breaking point. We’re expected to work on projects without pay and also are pushed to work overtime without pay. I have had to endure 12 hour work days just to satisfy the unwarranted expectations of higher up who have no idea how to set a timeline. The company definitely takes an advantage of those on visa by overworking them and not rewarding in any way. The teams are all short staffed so you’ll be expected to do the work of three employees.
