Pros
The people that one gets to work with are phenomenal. People care about their jobs and what they do. Performance and delivery or top-notch; quality work is important. Career growth and development are there for the taking. Activities to engage employees are frequently provided. Also, there is a family dynamic given the tenure of many of the employees that you don't find at other companies.
Cons
Benefit options could vary with additional choices, PTO while ok requires revamping to increase PTO days received at initial start and increase PTO as early years of service increase.
