      Very flexible work style and the existing team has adapted to WFH very well. Very technical and driven, using cutting edge technology, great mission.

      Cons

      Depends on the team, but onboarding for new-hires in technical roles is varied. HR is great, but there is a good chance your team might not have time to actually train you.

      Can survive if you hang out close with the upper management. This is applicable to most of the departments here.

      Cons

      Politics decide a lot of things. Working hours for the pay is not justified.
