      Pros

      The company is great to work at, though the tech stack is one of the less popular ones, I believe it is making a transition to Angular soon. Co-workers are helpful and friendly, no overtime, no micro-management.

      Cons

      The benefits and pay are fairly low. The cost of living here is not cheap even though it is only a town.

      Pros

      Can survive if you hang out close with the upper management. This is applicable to most of the departments here.

      Cons

      Politics decide a lot of things. Working hours for the pay is not justified.
