To be honest, This job is one of the easiest non using brain job I have ever had. If you want to speak to uneducated candidates all day begging for employment.I mean the candidates really call 200 times a day. You are expected to take all 200 calls. This job is truly a BURN out job! Season recruiters please DO NOT apply here. Truthfully, this job requires you to work 90 plus hours during a strike. They give you a $50 grub hub gift card and a fruit basket for slaving you to death. This will decrease your mental health and cause long term effects. It is not worth $17! This company is a joke, I went on medical leave with proper documentation and the “upper management” reviewed my personal Facebook showing that I had another job….. I did accept another job offer while on sick leave but who’s to say I can’t work two jobs…… The employees here are truly 😖 Miserable. As a senior recruiter it is not worth my mental to be around miserable people that want to complain about how horrible the job is. The pay is extremely under market! After leaving huffmaster I was offered $100,000 at another company doing very similar work! Huffmaster you will continue to burn and turn recruiters! All their good recruiters are leaving due to high inflation and low pay. Don’t let them sell you with commission the managers pretty much are the only ones that see $10,000 plus checks. Commission is structured around approval of candidates which is based on your relationship with the manager not the quality of the candidate
