Pros

Friendly Coworkers good experience if you never had an IT job before

Cons

You will be hired as a level 1 IT (usually just changes passwords and minor troubleshooting) but be expected to perform tasks that level 2's and 3's perform such as after-hours server updates and managements, hardware deployments, back ups/restores. Also note you are underpaid as a level 1. The management delivers false promises to clients and then loses contracts when they cancel the service Hudson provides. The technicians get fired if this happens. No one checks up on you in 1v1 meetings to see how things are going, they are clueless about what their employees are feeling about the job/role and end up punishing you if you are having mental health issues.

- not a single pro

Cons

- no training on programs - stuck in the dark ages of the MSP world - no access to info that will help with your job - micromanagement of workload - no one talks to you - mandated in office days(Monday, Wednesday, Thursday) - if you want to WFH one of those days you need to come in on Tuesday or Friday - when there's a stat holiday, the Monday becomes a Tuesday in office day. - Toxic work environment, stay away
