Pros
I worked at Hudson Rouge for two and a half years full time and I really enjoyed my experience there. The people are extremely talented and hard working but also love to have fun. Probably one of the best things about this place is the friendly company culture. It’s a great place for a low-mid level creative because you will get a ton of hands on experience with big budget projects. Good work/life balance
Cons
Only one client. This could be a pro in some ways because you get to touch every part of the brand and you build a close relationship with clients however it can get repetitive year after year. Though the work is great the clients are not always interested in “needle moving” work so often, things get watered down.
