      Pros

      Nice people to work with. Most of the staff is quite pleasant to work with. Good work / life balance, Good pay and decent benefits.

      Cons

      Lack of communication and coordination between departments and staff. IT department antiquated and not progressive. At times staff walks on egg shells fears upper management. Very political. High turnover.

      You get a chance to exercise your vision and talent in a very forgiving atmosphere

      Pros

      - Learned a lot while working there - Good amount of PTO (4 weeks) - Good team of people - Good Salary

      Cons

      The company changed after they merged with MVP. They continuously lost members due to the increase cost of coverage all while reducing the benefits for the members. MVP was losing members and with that now losing money. Instead of number of employees continuing to grow as they were with Hudson Health Plan... layoffs began to mount to save money. It was all downhill from their. If employees were not getting laid off they were leaving for better opportunities.
