Pros
This team is unbelievable! Looking at the career outlook is incredible as they have found a way to lower marketing and customer acquisition costs for their clients! Their "Hire From Within" philosophy is makes me come to work everyday to perform at my best ability! They have truly brought the best out of me and cannot wait to grow within the company!
Cons
They work long hours and most of the pay is performance based! Makes sense to me but these are things people cry about! Happy to know I can compete with some of the best in the industry and is anything worth working for worth only 40 hours a week? I would rather not spend the next 40 years of my life working towards someone else's dream!
