      Laid back atmosphere, fast paced environment

      Cons

      Everything here is old school. The regulations by corporate are not followed to the best of the franchise ability. There is not enough encouragement, and too much fire and brimstone when you do something wrong.

      Pros

      The conventions are a nice perk. They have awesome swag bags and give away fabulous prizes. Work day is easily done by 3pm

      Cons

      Low volume stores have to work hard to meat company goals concerning labor and food cost. Sometimes locations are difficult to staff.
