      Great product.. This is truly the only positive about the brand.

      Poor marketing, poor upper management, no growth, lack of vision, corp ran like bad family ownership, no bonuses, racial issues

      Pros

      The conventions are a nice perk. They have awesome swag bags and give away fabulous prizes. Work day is easily done by 3pm

      Cons

      Low volume stores have to work hard to meat company goals concerning labor and food cost. Sometimes locations are difficult to staff.
