      Pros

      The people at huddle are great, real values, got the sense everyone was pulling together as a team. Before the new CEO the company culture was fantastic.

      Cons

      The cooperate culture changed drastically with the new CEO, Jeff, who created an atmosphere of fear and witch hunts.

      Pros

      A fun culture. Lots of freedoms. As long as you get your job done no one really bothers you.

      Cons

      VERY cliquey. If you’re not in the “inner circle” no one pays attention to you. Went through downsizing due to Covid 19 and if you didn’t have multiple friends in the company, you were left out to dry. Make friends quickly and suck up to upper management, otherwise your job is in jeopardy. Honestly, this company is going to fold by the end of the year with no revenue.
