      Great company culture, management seems approachable until they offer no help monetarily and fire you

      Cons

      Your compensation is absolutely terrible to your employees. How much are you paying these hot shot VPs while your paying the rest of your employees barely above minimum wage!!!!!!!! Also no 401ks until 1 year in, seriously??????

      Pros

      A fun culture. Lots of freedoms. As long as you get your job done no one really bothers you.

      Cons

      VERY cliquey. If you’re not in the “inner circle” no one pays attention to you. Went through downsizing due to Covid 19 and if you didn’t have multiple friends in the company, you were left out to dry. Make friends quickly and suck up to upper management, otherwise your job is in jeopardy. Honestly, this company is going to fold by the end of the year with no revenue.
