      Great company culture. Everyone's incredibly smart and creative. The teamwork to solve problems is unlike anything I've worked with before. Work-life balance is clearly valued.

      It's a startup, so even with work-life balance, you can see the impact your work is having - good, or bad.

      Pros

      Offered a lot of hands on experience for interns. Gave the room to grow and taught interns if they were not familiar with a certain task.

      Cons

      At the beginning it was hard to break in socially. As time went on it was much easier.
