Very biased leadership - CX Director Hubble Employee Review

I love the fast paced nature, and having clear defined goals and knowing how my job directly impacts those overarching goals. I love the flexibility of being able to work remote. We also have the opportunity for quarterly events where we partner with different non-profits.

I wish reviews were a little more frequent. Annual reviews seem a little outdated. I think feedback should be consistent and timely, but this is minor and every business has their style of doing things. This not to say I can't solicit feedback when needed.

There were some really good people, culture was fun and they tried to encourage friendships, which benefitted collaboration and consideration of colleagues

Work could be very hectic with lots of context shifting. Trying to grow the business to the next level is a challenge. New management adopted a very churn-and-burn attitude towards employees.
