Business outlook
Pros
The company continues to get bigger and still remains small in feel. The management has a direction that continues to improve the company outlook. The business unit structure is nice for existing businesses to make decisions quickly and for new acquisitions it leaves organizations that work intact.
Cons
The culture is relatively unique and at its worst it will chew up folks that don't get it. The business unit structure I mentioned as a positive can also be a negative because each business unit director/manager is different. Some for the good and some really shouldn't be where they are.
