Whatever the weather is outside it’s 2x that in the building.
No A/C , NO Heat
Get paid every 2 weeks and barely make 80 hrs due to the company running out of resin every 1 or 2 weeks sometimes 2-3 days.
Get sent home if no product is available.
Only can get three points and it takes a year for the points to come off.
