The worst HR I have ever seen! They don't put people in the jobs they are hired for, and only cross train certain people. They fire some of their best workers or treat them so poorly they quit, In one department, management asks for help from other departments because they can't cross train or retain staff. One senior manager calls them crazy, with a ridiculous turnover rate and overtime not determined by the amount of work available to do. The new plant manager can't even understand why!
