Pros

The staff (excluding management) is truly amazing. They are incredibly welcoming, kind, and supportive, and they easily become lifelong friends even after your time working there. You can always rely on your team—they'll lift your spirits and help you through any challenges, whether it’s with participants, team members, or management. The work is deeply meaningful; you have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of people who truly need support.

Cons

- You are severely overworked and underpaid. Expect to take on the responsibilities of two or even three positions at once. - The yearly performance raises are discouraging and feel disrespectful, often amounting to mere cents, regardless of how hard you’ve worked or how many roles you’ve taken on—meanwhile, the CEO receives a $20k bonus according to tax documents. - Despite taking on work outside your role, requests to formally move into higher-paying positions are often met with vague excuses or outright denial. - Management can be inconsistent, frequently changing decisions seemingly based on favoritism rather than fairness or organizational needs.
