Pros
This is a great little company. There has been strong growth for many years and the company is in an exciting market. Top management is very involved with the company, but does not micro-manage. In fact, all management are good and fair people. Most were promoted from staff positions. I have worked at many companies and my experience is that Management is usually not fun to deal with. It is refreshing to see fairness for once. Things are very rational here. Many many new products have been developed and this is smart because there is competition in this space.
Cons
I don't have many negative things to say. If you complain about pay, that seems silly to me because you knew the pay structure when you took the job. Having worked in other companies, I honestly believe the pay here to be average. Nothing more and nothing less. However, there have been bonuses every year - so that is above average. Again, I have had bosses who were real pieces of work. That just doesn't happen here. People are very respectful of each other and very professional. Everything is by the numbers, so it is fair.
