No work life balance Swipe in and out in the office. you need to enter office before 9:30 a.m. if you enter after 9:30 , your half day vacation is gone. similary for remaining half day , you need to enter office before 13:00 hrs, else another half day vacation is gone. if you leave office before 4:30, another half day vacation with be cut. The company doesn't believe it's employees at all in the name of information security no access to internet.
