Pros
Most of engineers are very smart and productive, they are working very hard and they can finish a very challenge task.
Cons
As everyone know, Huawei is a big company, if there is a leader or leaders in a market with standard rules, Huawei is good at investing huge resources to the market and becoming a leader from a follower in a short time. However if there is no standard rules to follow in a market(even there are some leaders in the market), most likely nothing could be changed by Huawei but huge waste of resources.
