Good location but hard to find a good place for lunch. Most of the tech colleagues are friendly and smart.
Cons
There is a noticeable lack of transparent career development opportunities. Additionally, it's concerning that some Chinese expats are placed in managerial roles despite having limited or no English proficiency (including the HR), which can hinder effective cross-cultural communication and team collaboration.
