Access to good technology - but other than that - not much good to say about this company - its good for experience and then move on to a more professional company

Culture will be the biggest issue someone new to this company will have - a very closed environment in terms of knowledge share - if you want to find something out - then be prepared to go and look for it yourself - don't expect any kind or orientation to the company - you'll be given a pile of manuals and documentation and expected to go through them - without any direction or guidance whatsoever
