they are one minute hiring large amount of employees, and another minute they are laying off half of what they have just employed. The company lack of planning strategy also culture-wise is very Chinese. Although they are trying to adapt to local culture and working style, there is just no way to localize due to the fact that all senior managers and CEO are all Chinese, they way they are working is in their blood.
