I remember one slogan for employees - "one team - one dream", forget about it. In real there is no team, no motivation, no equality. The management is too bad, that it is impossible to believe. This company also has some big problem with sharing experience, because we had a one big project in our region that I took part and when it was about to finish most of the team was fired. But after several months in another region started the same project. And they had the same problems and nobody could help them to solve it and told about way that had been found.
