The company has great global support team and work opportunities with headquarter strong financial support. Have many opportunities to grow in the business. Great bonus potential.
Cons
Headquarter centralized leadership is very stiff & hard to communicate. Chinese hard working culture is a default expectation to the local Chinese hires. Overloaded work assignments are expected. Local hires have small chances being promoted to the higher level leadership positions.
