      * salary above the market at the start * Sometimes you can find interesting projects * long term bonuses * Good place if you old guy * You can have huge salary when you start work here

      * not flexible schedule * unclear management * every day is war with USA * Asian-style of management * Inability to communicate with Chinese colleagues. They do not know English. * You can't increase your salary
