Pros
1) Excellent exposure given to freshers. Its really worth working to be in a good team with some great senior experienced people. 2) good brand name.
Cons
1) In some teams, work is too much. Poor work life balance(depends upon team) 2) nowadays, quality work has reduced a lot.Most RnD is in HQ(China) 3) salaries/hikes earlier used to be great, but now reduced a lot. 4) onsite opportunities are very less. 5) most senior people are leaving the company, very high attrition rate.which is impating remaining people to leave as well coz the opportunities to learn are reducing.
