Pros
1. Good experience to know how bad management affects business. 2. good technical experience, if you got the chance to get it. 3. traveling a lot.
Cons
1. each employ has its own chines replica, the non-chines deal with local customers and local employees, the chines report to HQ and take decisions. 2. they do not care about current talent they do have, 3. no bounce. 4. bad living and housing conditions.. some times 2 families forced to share one bathroom... 4 guys share one hotel room with one bathroom....etc
