Pros
Must be the most unorthodox -non-swedish company to work for in Sweden. Salary is high in comparison (otherwise nobody would work for them) High tempo, intense, every day can be different Gives a feeling that if you can succeed here, you can succeed anywhere Chain of command can be hectic and conflictuous (relationship-based and not process-based)
Cons
As non-swedish as it gets; Crazy work style, relationship-based. There is not a company directory, and even if it existed one, chinese won't reply to you if they don't know who you are or they are not ordered to talk to you (again, the relationship based-workflow) Only chinese in higher positions (if you see a "westerner" there, it is just for show, no real power)
