1. Lots of work and learning opportunities 2. Even freshers gets to take up responsibilities and chance to understand overall product delivery, customer interactions etc 3. Good hikes for excellent performers 4. Good value addition to one's professional experience/career
Cons
1. Extreme smart-work needed to manage work-life balance 2. Being highly customer oriented, weekend/night shifts are expected 3. Point (2) is not appreciated with incentives/hikes unless you are critical team member 4. On-time product delivery is considered way-more important than quality 5. Just 2 team outings, 2 team lunches in a span of 4 years 6. Not much facilities available in the office
