      Freshers get opportunities. Intense work culture can make one immune to any kind of tough situation.

      Cons

      Slog and slog and slog and slog and slog. Mindless hardwork. rework, patch work, bug fix takes the whole time. 5% of total time given to developement which results in poor quality code.
