Pros Only good for new graduates to step up to more professional company, salary is mostly higher than than market average for new graduates.
Cons
Lack of talented managers, R&D is more like sales department(only income oriented). Many things are handled in background between managers, HR and directors, there is no transparency to employees. Performance evaluation is unfair and only gain profits for the employer. Overall, not recommended for experienced developers/testers
