I will write in english so that every one will understand: Organization = 0 Communication = 0 People Management = 0 Team building = 0 Military organization. Don't have any idea about "Carrer Path" European employee treaded as consultant (freelance) In two and half years, never had an internal team meeting. Working for Huawei in delivery software it's a pure nightmare. Never accept roles like this. The average per day is of more than 10-12 hours in delivery phase. Requested also to work over the weekends with no over time paid (clearly). Going around in Western Europe, a good percentage of european management, don't bring any value. They are there simply beacause they supported somehow Huawei in the past experiences in former companies and they use to be "myster yes" man. "Chineese Management" in Huawei, doesn't have the same meaning in European companies. Forget the possibilty to change team and to have a carrer. People in Huawei are not treated as resources, they are treated like an object, like shoes. When you don't need anymore abou them you throw way them (firing people).
