* Chinese hand everywhere even when the work can be done competently by local hire * There is 1+1 sort of unwritten rule in the company. It means for every local, there is a Chinese * Not much opportunity for growth fast * Salary raise is almost non-existent * New projects get ineveitably managed by Chinese even if locals can do it
