Pros
Pay slightly higher than market rate but when you start working. You would know that your contributions has exceeded your pay way too much.
Cons
-No work life balance at all :on call 7/24,call you after work or assinegd u work on PB or weekends is a norm there. - employees exploitation - most of the employees are from china mainland and they can be pushy and ridiculously crazy to brush off their responsibilities when there is mistake occur. -force you to work even if you were on sick leave -push their responsibility to you without any appreciation. -workload are huge and impossible to go back on time - unfair treatment between the local and china employees -local employees' effort are not appreciated
