      Good Place for Freshers to Learn, test & enhance their skills. You can be an asset for any other company if you have worked in Huawei for 2 to 3 Years Salary OK, Very Aggressive in Marketing their own Products

      Cons

      Very Poor work life Balance. Not Good for experienced people, slow growth in mid level Management. Poor Project Planning, Average Managers, Unrealistic Schedules.
