      Pros

      Huawei is a chinese company working outside China. They are not a multinational company. Although we can have Access to brand new technologies, big budget and when confidence and targets are reached monetary award are good.

      Cons

      The company is very chinese centric.All management staff are chinese and they are not open to adapt to the local culture for business or employee behaviour
