Pros
Salary is competitive, and working hours are reasonable. Colleagues are overall friendly. Interesting projects.
Cons
Verbal abuse at times as Chinese Leadership in Italy was shouting at one of her subordinates, in multiple occasions, in-front of the whole office. Chinese management/leadership many times lacks the experience to justify their senior position - relying too much on advise from others, and sometimes making the working experience difficult and unfair for some, as they lack the understanding of what it takes to make certain things work. Lack of growth, as Chinese workers from HQ seems to get the promotions. Leadership choosing partners and sometimes employees that clearly don't quality for the job - and then firing or stopping the collaboration. Leadership being too easily influenced.
