The owner is too involved with day to day production, which is not usually a problem with companies; however, he is not a level-headed person and lets emotions overtake his ability to communicate and treat employees with respect. Horrible company culture, alongside a workplace that fosters and promotes employees who are willing to make others look bad for their own personal benefit. Pay raises are rare. Hiring and firing are based on criteria that are borderline illegal. Minimal focus on safe working practices. Management lacks communication with warehouse and production teams. No health insurance offered.
