Pros
Above average salary. Payed meal and additional medical insurance. Provided cellphone and laptop. Great atmosphere and people. Nice office at good location. Company gatherings and sports activities. There are interesting projects to work on if you're lucky enough to be in main dev team. Great potential for years to come. Management is trying to keep up with the technology. No one ever got fired.
Cons
Everyone except main dev team essentially works on maintaining the old version of the application. Some people are not adequate for jobs they have. People leave relatively often and company doesn't try hard enough to keep the best of them. No one ever got fired!
