At will employment. Despite being on W2, not requiring sponsorship, will be told that they cannot continue employment based on visa sponsorship despite being a citizen requiring no sponsorship. Be prepared to be interviewed by angry and aggressive companies you are being contracted to who take pleasure in blaming you for everything wrong with previous work done that has nothing to do with you, before you even start. Extremely high turnover rate.
