Pros
*The colleagues were very interesting people with well-built backgrounds. *The company is located in central London, which is appealing if you are longing to experience a big-city job. *The company has a good reputation and puts efforts on PR, so working there is definitely an add-on to the CV.
Cons
*There is a great deal of micro-management and presenteeism directly linked to the company's dfficient leadership that actively impacts motivation and productivity in the wrong direction: everyone is forced to be in the office 9-6 every day, and many juniors are "asked to volunteer" for various tasks during bank holidays. *Very high turnover: people keep leaving because of a poor culture. HF is one of those companies that instead of investing in proper HR professionals and having people-first policies, chooses to hide behind interior design, mandatory budget-consuming retreats and food parties for Friday nights.
